Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini established H&H Development in 2007. Our various business divisions provide a wide range of real estate services, including development, property management & leasing, facility management, procurement of furnishings and fittings, and interior design. This approach offers our clients a unique “all-in-one” solution for managing their assets.

As a service provider and an investor through our sister company Bright Start, we treat all our projects with a critical eye. We aim to maximize efficiency and create value for investors throughout the lifecycle of each project.
